THE CHALLENGE

let's set the scene

To install new retail furniture and brand 47 independent garden centres throughout the UK and Ireland in order to create a Weber shop-in-shop, improving the customer journey and inspiring them to buy.

THE THINKING

To create a high end, cohesive look across all stores, with vivid and impactful graphics as well as inspirational POS.
This was done by auditing all stores and creating plans to visualise the finished shop-in-shop.

THE RESULT

Install took place in an 8 week period after Christmas and all stores were ready for the launch date on the 18th March.
We dispatched 5 highly qualified shop fitter crews to install all stores, with 2 teams focusing solely on installing the 13 top tier (Weber World) shop-in-shops, which included lighting, flooring and lifestyle graphics as well as the furniture.
For the launch, we designed, printed, and delivered a large range of POS including branded ribbon, posters, dummy packaging, car park banners, pull-up banners, take-one cards and strut cards.
This resulted in stunning shop-in-shop spaces with a cohesive brand identity and inspiring lifestyle graphics, ensuring Weber stand out from their competition.
